• If it is not ripe, put it in the room temperature, 1-2 days will become ripe ( you may feel the softness  when you press the skin gently and the cloure may change from fresh green to dark  when it is ripe)
  if the skin becomes a bit dark, it is riper, and taste even better.
  don’t leave it there for too long, or it may become rot
• and don’t put it into freezer, or it will “died”-never awaken ( from raw change to ripen), store it at cooler of your refregerate at a temperature of 4-5 degree ) is OK, if this is the case, the ripen process may take longer
