5kg Sugar Apple (sweetsop) – by air from Brazil

• If it is not ripe, put it at room temperature, 1-2 days will become ripe ( you may feel the softness  when you press the skin gently and the color may change from fresh green to dark  when it is ripe)
  if the skin becomes a bit dark, it is riper, and taste even better.
  don’t leave it there for too long, or it may become rot
• and don’t put it into the freezer or refrigerator, or it will “died”-never awaken ( from raw change to ripen), store it at a cold place at a temperature of around 10 degrees) is OK, if this is the case, the ripening process may take longer
• put it in a plastic bag and seal it, don’t expose to wind or blowing air, or it will “died” and will never rip again
